Refund Policy
We must stipulate that Coffee is a perishable food item and as such you will not be refunded if you do not like it or if it is not to your tastes or you dont like the packaging etc etc. We will however exchange for the same product should your product be deemed faulty. We take great care in making sure our coffee has all relevant descriptions and info about each blend in plain english, and as such the coffee is at its premium when we ship it. (Please choose your items carefully as we will charge for the transport cost of refunds or exchanges.)
Coffee machines damaged in transit is not in our control, fortunately this does not happen often and is also the responsibility of the freight company . Most Commercial Manual & Automatic Coffee machines have 12 months warranty (Back to Base Warranty) but some have 2year. If there is a problem with your coffee machine/grinder send it back to us for warranty issues.

Machines must be shipped to us or delivered to us in store at Unit 2 / 16 Matheson Street Virginia Qld 4014 within 5days of receipt and are returned in the same condition as they were sent.
Payment
